Summary[]
Sung Jin-Woo is a protagonist in the popular South Korean web novel and manhwa series, "Solo Leveling." He starts off as an E-rank Hunter, considered the weakest category of Hunters in a world where supernatural creatures and dungeons threaten humanity. However, everything changes when Sung Jin-Woo mysteriously becomes a Player, someone who can see the System messages and embark on quests to level up.
As the story progresses, Sung Jin-Woo discovers his unique ability, "Shadow Monarch," which allows him to command and grow stronger through the use of shadow soldiers. He takes on dangerous S-rank dungeon raids, battling formidable monsters and unlocking hidden secrets of the world. Sung Jin-Woo's journey is characterized by intense battles, strategic planning, and relentless training as he strives to protect his loved ones and uncover the truth behind the existence of the dungeons.
Throughout the series, Sung Jin-Woo's strength and power steadily increase, earning him the nickname of the "World's Strongest Hunter." Despite his immense power, he remains humble and determined, driven by his sense of responsibility and the desire to protect those he cares about. Sung Jin-Woo's evolution from a weak E-rank Hunter to a legendary figure in the Hunter Association makes him a compelling and complex protagonist, capturing the imagination of readers and fans alike.

The System (Explanation)[]
The System worked like a video game and provided Jinwoo with system quests that offered unique rewards, a leveling system with different skills and stats, an unlimited inventory that Jinwoo could store all sorts of magical items in, and even an in-built store offering items for the in-game gold currency that Jinwoo obtained every time he killed an enemy in battle.
As later revealed, the System was originally created by the Architect to help Ashborn breed a human vessel strong enough to fully absorb his powers. It was also deliberately designed with its video game interface so that Jinwoo could quickly adjust to it without a hitch.
As the System had its reasons for making Jinwoo as strong as he got, it tried to keep him alive as best as it could, automatically activating his passive skills whenever he needed them and giving him quests to slaughter his enemies whenever he was up against an opponent who was trying to kill him. It would even warn him of the slightest murderous intent in his vicinity, as displayed during his sparring match with Goto Ryuji.
(these are his stats at the beginning of the series its proven that each of these point increases are by 10% for each point as when his strength stats evolved from 10 to 16 its stated his stats had increased by 60% )
