Achievements - Avowed Guide - IGN (2025)

Avowed is a story-driven RPG that gives you plenty of freedom to explore the Living Lands through large, open maps. This means there are quite a few story-related and choice-based Achievements to collect. There are a total of 50 Achievements in Avowed, and this guide will show you the requirements to unlock them all.

We've listed Gamerscore and provided a checklist for you to keep track of your progress as you Achievement hunt while playing through the game.

Story Achievements

This achievement is earned after completing the main story on any difficulty.

This achievement is earned after completing the main story on Path of the Damned difficulty.

This achievement is earned automatically after completing the On Strange Shores main quest.

This achievement is earned automatically during the An Untimely End main quest.

This achievement is earned by offering to sell your future corpse to Elia, the owner of the undead farm in Emerald Stair. You can meet her sooner, but Giatta sends you to speak with Elia during The Animancy Method main quest.

This achievement is earned by defeating the hidden Steel Garrote reinforcements before the Ancient Soil main quest. You can find them through the Steel Resolve side quest.

This achievement is earned automatically during the Ancient Soil main quest.

This achievement is earned by completing the trials with Yatzli during the Shadows of the Past main quest.

This achievement is earned automatically during the Our Dreams Divide Us Still main quest.

This achievement is earned by freeing Sapadal during The Heart of the Living Lands main quest.

This achievement is earned by destroying Sapadal during The Heart of the Living Lands main quest.

This achievement is earned near the end of the main story by choosing to side with Inquisitor Lödwyn and the Steel Garrote whenever possible throughout the game. You must always agree with Lödwyn and her forces while actively aiding in their plans.

Side Quest Achievements

This achievement is earned after completing every side quest in the game. You can follow our Side Quests guide to find and complete them all.

This achievement is earned during The Wasteland Courier side quest in Shatterscarp. Choose friendly options when speaking to Aiko, then agree to try the drugs when your companions bring up the idea.

This achievement is earned after completing the Mapping the Living Lands side quests. You need to find all of Sanza's researchers and return their maps to him in Dawnshore.

This achievement is earned near the end of the Dawntreader side quest. You need to choose friendly options when speaking to the Godlike known as the Oracle and agree to use his machine. When it doesn't work, offer to use your own soul.

This achievement is also earned during the Dawntreader side quest. You need to collect all History of the Living Lands documents inside the Oracle's Eothasian Temple.

This achievement is earned during the One Last Drink side quest. You need to discover the captain's quarters and his stash of poison, then convince the crewmates to poison the captain.

Collectibles Achievements

This achievement is earned after finding every Pargrun Cache across all major maps. You can follow our Pargrun Caches guide to find them all.

This achievement is earned after reassembling all God Totems and placing them in your camp. You can follow our God Totem Fragments guide to find every piece for each totem.

This achievement is earned after finding all hidden loot locations depicted in every treasure map. You can follow our Treasure Maps guide to find every single unique piece of gear.

This achievement is earned after interacting with all vine-covered Adra pillars in the Living Lands. You can follow our Strangled Adra guide to find them all.

This achievement is earned after witnessing all Ancient memory flashbacks without interrupting them. You can follow our Ancient Memories guide to find them all across each map.

Exploration Achievements

This achievement is earned after entering every dungeon across the Living Lands. Dungeons are marked by doorway icons on the map.

This achievement is earned after unlocking all party camp fast travel locations marked by large pillars of Adra.

This achievement is earned after finding the hidden room marked by a blood trail during the On Strange Shores main quest.

This achievement is earned after pulling the lever next to a sign at the Sand Sea Ruins in Shatterscarp.

This achievement is earned after discovering all fast travel beacons in the Living Lands. The beacons are marked by purple icons on the map and the game provides trackers to show how many you're missing in each major region.

Companion Achievements

This achievement is earned after unlocking all of Kai's abilities.

This achievement is earned after unlocking all of Marius' abilities.

This achievement is earned after unlocking all of Giatta's abilities.

This achievement is earned after unlocking all of Yatzli's abilities.

This achievement is earned after training separately with each companion in camp after building bonds with them.

This achievement is earned near the end of the main story if you choose to side with the Steel Garrote when speaking to the leaders of each major settlement in the Living Lands.

This achievement is also earned by spending a moment with each companion in the Garden.

Combat Achievements

This achievement is earned after accepting and completing every bounty in the Living Lands. You can follow our Bounties guide to see what you're up against.

This achievement is earned after defeating 10 Spiders and 10 Beetles. These enemies can be found early on, in Dawnshore.

This achievement is earned after parrying 25 enemy attacks. You must first unlock the parry ability in the Ranger skill tree.

This achievement is earned after sneaking up on 15 enemies and defeating them with stealth kills.

This achievement is earned after equipping a fully upgraded weapon. Unique weapons can reach Legendary tier while regular ones cannot.

This achievement is earned after equipping a fully upgraded armor set.

This achievement is earned after choosing violent dialogue options that trigger battle 10 times. These options often say "(Attack)" at the end of the sentence.

This achievement is earned after summoning a bear in a fight against another bear. You must first unlock the ability to summon one in the Ranger skill tree.

Miscellaneous Achievements

This achievement is earned after reaching Level 30.

This achievement is earned after putting 15 points into an attribute.

This achievement is earned after diffusing five situations that could have ended in combat. This is usually possible when picking friendly dialogue options and passing attribute checks in tense situations.

This achievement is earned after choosing 15 dialogue options that say "(Lie)" after the sentence.

This achievement is earned after asking for payment five times. These dialogue options usually pop up before or after helping out an NPC.

This achievement is earned after cooking every single recipe in the game. You're automatically given several recipes, but you can gain more by investing points in the Ranger skill tree.

This achievement is earned after equipping the Necropants and Revenant Bell Collar at the same time.
